Liverpool University and Royal Liverpool Hospital is also only 10 mins by bike, 20 mins by bus or 35 mins walking.

Amenities in the area include: Lidl supermarket, McDonald's, an International supermarket, Home Bargains and other local shops, only 5-10 minutes walk from the house.

Furnishings in the bedroom include: double bed, desk and chair, wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelves.

Bills include: all utilities, internet, council tax.

The communal living area has a 38 inch Smart TV, the kitchen has a seated dining area and there are 2 bathrooms in the property.
There is on street parking-no permit required.

The current tenants are a PHD history student, a software programmer and a factory worker. They are a lovely combination of friendly, calm, active and kind. You will always be greeted with a smile.

The house has a relaxed atmosphere, with a homely living room and newly refurbished kitchen. We are looking for other mature students or professionals to join the house who enjoy a happy, calm atmosphere, and might enjoy a bit of socialising or cooking together in the house now and then.
We would also love people who are good at keeping things clean and tidy!
