The house is only a few meters away from Newsham Park. Great for those who enjoy a bit of green or a quieter place to run.

Furnishings in the bedroom include: double bed, large desk and chair (not pictured in the photo), large wardrobe. Please note- There is NO sofa in the bedroom now.

Bills include: all utilities, internet, council tax.

The communal living area has a 38 inch Smart T. V.
There is on street parking, no permit required.

Close to the city centre and Liverpool University. Liverpool Royal Hospital is about 20-25 minutes walk, so also great for medical students and staff.

Located just off a main bus route (number 8,9,10). Takes around 10-15 minutes by bus and 30-45 minutes walk to the city centre.

Amenities include: Lidl, McDonald's, a deli, international supermarket and other local shops only 5-10 minutes walk from the house.

Current tenants are all studying PHD's or working at University of Liverpool. We are from Romania, Wales and UK!

The house has a relaxed, quiet atmosphere with some people working from home. We enjoy cooking and socialising together on occasions.

Another mature student or professional who will socialise with us and be active in doing their share of chores within the house is preferred.
