Located metres away from Newsham Park and also near a regular bus route (8,9,10). Takes around 10-15 minutes by bus, and 30-45 minutes walk to the city centre.

Liverpool University and Royal Liverpool Hospital (for staff and students) is also only 10 mins by bike, 20 mins by bus or 35 minutes walking.

Amenities in the area include: Lidl supermarket, McDonald's, an International supermarket, Home Bargains and other local shops, only 5-10 minutes walk from the house.

Furnishings in the bedroom include: double bed, desk and chair, wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelves.

PLEASE NOTE: The bedroom with the red bedding and bay window has a higher rent, to reflect that it is much larger than the other bedrooms. (There is now NO sofa in this room).

Bills include: all utilities, internet, council tax.

The communal living area has a 38 inch Smart TV, the kitchen has a seated dining area and there are 2 bathrooms in the property.
There is on street parking-no permit required.

The current tenants are PHD students at Liverpool University (Tropical Medicine and History). They are a lovely combination of very friendly, calm, active and kind. You will always be greated with a happy smile.

The house has a relaxed, chilled atmosphere, with a homely living room and newly refurbished kitchen. We are looking for other mature students or professionals to join the house who enjoy a happy, calm atmosphere, and might enjoy a bit of socialising in the house now and then.
We would also love people who are good at keeping things clean and tidy!
