Fully inclusive rent of all bills, WiFi and council tax. We are looking for a single tenant (no couples) who appreciates living in a clean, tidy flat. If you do not like a clean kitchen, this is not the flat for you.

There is fast broadband and easy parking in the street. This flat is within walking distance of Alder Hey Hospital and the Heart and Chest Hospital, and on a direct bus route to the Royal Liverpool Hospital and Whiston Hospital. Excellent access to the city centre is on a fast, frequent bus route that is less than a few minutes' walk from the flat.
There is also a huge Tesco less than 5 minutes walk.

Work and previous landlord references are required. We require one week's rent (£131.54) to secure the flat. and 5 weeks' rent £657.70 for the deposit, which will be lodged with DPS.
