Cosy 4 bed house just off Smithdown Road and minutes from The Asda and Aldi

We are close to Wavertree Park and walking distance to Sefton Park and Princes Park

It's around a 45minute/hour walk into town and about half an hour to Lark lane and there are loads of buses along Smithdown as well.

The local area is nice with good veggie shops and takeaways nearby and a local co op practically next door

LE HOUSE
We are a queer/queer friendly house of mixed nationality consisting of Kostas from Greece, an aspiring 3D animator working in hospitality with a penchant for oregano, Laura from Spain, top tia bartender and Ciara from Australia, also working in hospitality. - we all get along well and are looking for someone who will enjoy being involved in the life of the house :)

We like to eat together when schedules allow. We enjoy a film night and sometimes party but are generally a pretty quiet place to live and respect each others space... we're all pretty relaxed and enjoy a good time

We've made the house rly nice since moving in and the yarden too, so if you're into gardening or a bit of home decor that's great - there's space for bikes
and we have a tiny shed with paints and things + outdoor winter smoking area (no smoking in the house)
