We have a large double room available in our large 3 bedroom apartment in Liverpool City Centre.

Our apartment is located just off Tithebarn Street so has brilliant links for trains, busses or just walking in the city.

We have a large shared living area/dining area which has brilliant views over the city centre and the River Mersey. Our apartment is located on the top floor (14th) so has breathtaking views all around!

We have a fully fitted kitchen with everything you will need.

Our bathroom is large and has a bath/shower, sink and a separate toilet area.

There is two current flatmates, both female.

The rent is inclusive of utility bills.

The current tenants have broadband which costs each person approx. £14 per month which is payable on top of the rent.

Council Tax is paid for separately by the tenants. This equates to approx. £35 per person per month unless you have a council tax exemption.
