This spacious, warm and well lit room is perfect for easy access to the city, stadiums, Universities and hospitals. You’ll be the only lodger in this lovely house on a very quiet street. Shared with me.
I’m a University lecturer and work from home sometimes.
It’s important to be prepared to keep your room tidy and clean and also shared spaces. I’m particular about this so if you’re forgetful or lazy or don’t know how to clean, please don’t apply.
I am also away some of the time so you’ll have the house to yourself.
I’m looking for someone particularly who’ll treat the house as their home and willing to keep it clean and tidy.
Living room is private but dining and kitchen is shared. You’re also welcome to sit out in the well-maintained and green back yard
