L1 Room with Ensuite - inc. Council Tax

Beautiful fully furnished room ready to move in, a single bed and ensuite (with shower). Spacious flat that's been recently refurbished. 7 year old cat also lives in the flat - he's playful and sometimes cuddly, on his own terms! :)

Visitor parking permit included with the flat (if people are visiting for both tenants the permit will be shared). Council Tax Band C, included in the rent. Heating and water bills are split 50% each calendar month, and average between £70-110 per person.

I WFH min. 2 days a week and am currently in a professional role! I'm clean, active, and like to have relaxing evenings either going for walks or to the pub (sometimes I might come back late, but quietly!). I'd like my roommate to be very clean too, cuddle the cat and also share some similar interests to me. I might sometimes ask my flatmate to help look after my cat if I'm away.
