Beautiful fully furnished room ready to move in, a single bed and ensuite (with shower). Spacious flat that's been recently refurbished. 7 year old cat also lives in the flat - he's playful with the odd cuddly mood :)

Visitor parking permit included with the flat (if people are visiting for both tenants the permit will be shared). Council Tax Band C - NOT included in the rent. Heating and water bills are split equally each month.

I WFH min. 2 days a week and am currently in a professional role! I'm clean, active, and like to have relaxing evenings either going for walks or to the pub (sometimes I might come back late, but quietly!). I'd like my roommate to be very clean too, cuddle the cat and also share some similar interests to me.
