Absolutely Not Allowed in the Apartment: nuisances, smoking (including e-cigarettes), pets (due to respiratory and skin allergies), and abnormal/disturbing noises between 22:00 and 09:00.

Contract Terms
Assured Periodic Tenancy Term with a deposit of 5 weeks' rent payable to the landlord at signing before moving in. Short-term lets will also be considered by the landlord if queried.

Room rent is £600 per month, payable in advance for single occupancy, or £900 per month, payable in advance for a couple sharing.

Bills (electricity, water, broadband, TV licence) are to be shared among the tenants, which are roughly at about £200 per month for the whole flat.
