Room in 2 bedroom flat LIverpool City Centre

Looking for a flatmate to take over my friends bedroom.

Flat is close LJMU and less than 10 minute walk to Lime Street Station. The flat has nice daylight coming in through windows, 1 parking space and shared green space to chill during the summer.

About me: I work different hours each week as I'm receptionist at a hotel. If I have early or late shift I try to be as quiet as possible if the noise would be a problem. In free time I like to go on walks, read, cross stitch, bake or watch tv shows.

I'm looking for someone that is clean and would like to watch some films from time to time :)

Bills (water, wifi, electricity, council tax) are not included in rent, it's roughly £115-£150 per month extra, depending on usage.
Council tax band A

Bedroom does not include table, chair and side table. (When viewing, bedroom has different layout as current flatmate moved things around and has more of her personal stuff)

I'm renting the flat from agency so the agency would need to run some checks as well!
