Short Term or Long Term Mon - Fri Let Available

Hello,
My name is Mita. I am a lecturer at a university down in London. I'm looking for a flatmate, ideally a part-time one (mon-fri), to share my flat. The room and flat is not really set up for long-term, full-time living. I can accommodate full-time living for a maximum of three months.
Rent for part-time (mon-fri): £475 per month
Rent for full-time living up to 3 months: £625 per month

Bills are included in either case.

I'll be a live-in landlady. The flat is close to the city centre, the universities, hospitals, and LIPA. You'll have your own bathroom. It's a medium sized single room. Furnished, with a bed, sofa, some drawers, cabinets, and some wardrobe space. It is a large walk-in wardrobe, that I use as a wardrobe, but there is space for you to use too.

I do work from home (9/10am- 6pm) for most of the week. You will have access to the kitchen throughout the day, but sadly only access to the lounge, and dining room, when I am not working. There is limited space in the kitchen (sorry) but there is plenty of ingredients and the like we can share, if you are into cooking.

I will need references from employers if you are working in Liverpool, as well as previous landlords/ladies, and I'd like to see your social media too - to check the vibe is right. This is my flat and I would need to know I am safe with the person I am letting into my flat. I will be happy to share mine, in return.
