Liverpool center House

This is a three-storey house with six rooms in total. On the ground floor, there is a very large kitchen and a spacious living room.

The first floor features one large bedroom and one very spacious bedroom, which share a bathroom. The second floor has three bedrooms and another shared bathroom; however, only two of these bedrooms are available for rent. The remaining room may be used as a spare workspace for the tenants.

You can choose to rent an individual room, an entire floor, or the whole house.

All rooms have individual locks and are fully furnished with a bed, desk, chair, and wardrobe.

The property faces a lovely garden and is conveniently located near shops, cafés, a bus stop, and a train station. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the University of Liverpool and around 30 minutes on foot to Liverpool One.
