This modern waterfront flat is located in the Baltic Triangle area of Liverpool, with direct views over the docks and city skyline. The apartment has a bright open-plan living space with floor-to-ceiling doors leading onto a private balcony. The balcony overlooks the water and gets great light, especially at sunset, making it a really nice place to relax.

The living area is fully furnished with sofas, a coffee table and TV setup, and there’s plenty of natural light throughout. The kitchen and living space are practical and easy to maintain. The bedroom is a good size with a mirrored wardrobe and storage space. The flat has a modern finish, wood-style flooring throughout and electric heating.

The location is ideal. You’re right in the Baltic Triangle, close to bars, cafés and restaurants, and within walking distance of the city centre and waterfront.

I’m currently living here and looking for one person to join me and one other for a 6-month stay. Rent is £500 per week, excluding bills. Electricity usually comes to around £60 per month, and WiFi is approximately £18 per month.
