2 rooms in lovely apartment in city centre

This 3 bed apartment in Merchants house, Dukes Terrace is a lovely space that I have enjoyed living in for the past few years.

There is a shared kitchen and living room space with a dishwasher and washing machine and a shared bathroom.
There are 2 rooms available. There is a large room with a double bed and a small, single room with a single bed (but can fit a double, as we have a spare bed frame). The smaller room is at a lower price, at £400 pcm. Though there is a desk in the room, if you work from home, you'd be welcome to have a desk space in the shared living room.
The tenancy contract is a joint, for the whole property, at £1250 overall.

We are on the 2nd floor, so 2 flights of stairs.
Our neighbours are quiet and polite-most neighbours are home-owners, not renters.

Council tax band-C. often £150

Bills are organised amongst us, currently, we are in charge of of one aspect each, and then exchange what we are owed to eachother monthly-eg, i look after water bill, council tax, my flatmate, wifi and electrics. tends to range from 100-150 pcm (all together, not each)
Despite being in a convenient location, close to Bold street and nightlife, the apartment itself sits in an enclosed, gated resident area that feels particularly safe, quiet and private. There is one parking space for the flat at no extra cost, and as I don't drive, this would be available to one flatmate who does.

A little about me- My name is Frances, 24 and I am a music teacher, freelance artist and a music graduate from UoL- I do lots of painting and music making. I love to socialise in the flat/have chill evenings in and do anything creative. I consider myself friendly, tidy, and I love a good cuppa in the kitchen, i'd ideally be looking for flatmates who would also be respectful and tidy.
