Tenancy takeover - Abodus Student Living (Hope St)

Hello! I booked a Premier En-suite Plus room with Abodus Student Living (Hope Street) for 2026/27. However, my circumstances have changed and I will no longer be in liverpool next year. Hence, I would like to find somebody to take over my tenancy for the year (12/09/2026-04/09/2027).

The room number 190, should you wish to find the full rundown of what it has to offer is on the Abodus Student Living website. Briefly, the room is in a great location; it is on the penultimate floor, tucked into the corner of the building, and facing onto a quiet street. It's ideal for those who need more room as it has 21m² of living space. It includes a private en-suite bathroom, a ¾ double bed with storage, and a study area. There's shared kitchen and communal areas with six other flatmates for a mix of social and private living. All Bills and Wi-Fi are all inclusive.

The accommodation is on Hope Street, which is on the doorstep of the University of Liverpool and the city centre, as well as being near Sefton park. It has several unique amenities including a free gym and balcony.
