Hello! I’m Alex, a live in landlord. I have a spacious home situated right by Newsham Park, where I rent out three of my spare bedrooms to working professionals on a long-term basis.

​One of my tenants of two years is moving out on the 31st of July, so a fantastic room is coming available.

​I’m looking to share my home with another full-time professional. The house features a shared kitchen, living room, and dining room, making it a very comfortable and social yet respectful place to live.

​Location-wise, we are just a 10-minute drive into the city centre, with excellent, easy bus routes nearby to get anywhere around Liverpool.

​Bills:
Water, council tax, and broadband are included. Gas and electricity are not included and are split evenly between the four of us. This typically ranges from around £30 each in the summer up to about £100 each in the depths of winter.
