Looking for a Tenancy takeover for September, due to me deciding to move into student housing with friends.
The rent price is £180 per week with a £99 deposit. This is a lot cheaper than Limelight's current price of £230 per week for the same room. If needed, I can help cover some of the deposit if Possible.
The current payment schedule is-
16/08/2026- £360.00, 01/10/2026- £2,288.57, 01/01/2027- £2,648.57, 01/04/2027 £2,622.86. This is in line with SFE dates and is payable within 14 days of the scheduled date.
Limelight is a 10-minute walk from the University of Liverpool, both Liverpool John Moores campuses, and the Liverpool Hope creative campus, as well as the city Centre.
