Cute room in student flat

Hi, I’m a PhD student with a spare room in a 2 bed flat, looking for another student, preferably a postgrad to join me. The spare room is a spacious double room with a large built-in wardrobe and lots of storage space. It is a very spacious flat with a large open plan kitchen/dining/living room with a modern bathroom. The flat is in The Reach apartment block, just north of the city centre, only a 10 minute walk from Lime Street Station. It is just a 20-30 min walk to University of Liverpool, and only a 5 minute walk to John Moores city campus.
I like to hike, draw and host dinner parties so please get in contact if you think you’d be a great fit :)

Move in from 20th August 2026. Price currently 450 pcm (not including bills). The building is being renovated, so there's quite a bit of construction going on.
