Hi, I’m looking for a student to take over my furnished Classic Plus ensuite at The Lantern through the building’s official replacement process.
The rent is £171 per week for 51 weeks, from 5 September 2026 to 27 August 2027. Bills and Wi-Fi are included.
The room is about 14.2 m², with a private bathroom and study space. The kitchen and living area are shared with five other students.
The Lantern is beside Liverpool Lime Street and has an on-site gym/studio, study rooms, games room, TV lounge and shared dining.
The replacement must be approved by The Lantern. You’ll sign and pay them directly; this is not a private sublet. Please don’t send me any money or personal documents.
