Room in cargo building

My names Erin and I have a spare room available in the cargo building from 8th October. I’m a residential children’s worker with 2:4 shifts so will be in and around the flat on my 4 days off.

- double room although not en-suite you’ll have the sole use of the main bathroom
-room comes furnished with double bed, 2 bedside tables, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers
- £675pm excluding bills but inc WiFi
- secure underground available for an extra £100pm if required
- I’m estimating around an extra £100 for bills
- Council tax band C
- The flat looks out over the docks
- Very convenient to city centre and transport links

A bit about me - I’d ideally like to make a new friend in my flat mate, I enjoy going for coffee and walks and a chill day/evening but also equally enjoy going for a few drinks or dinner. I’m easy going, sociable and tidy but also appreciate my own space too. If this sounds like something that would suit you send me a message!
