Hey! I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Atlantic point student accommodation . No issues with the flat what so ever, this is just due to personal circumstances.
The flat is equipped with a very spacious kitchen and living area, with a tv and other amenities included. The room also includes a spacious en-suite with a double shower.
24 hour security at the reception area are available to help always, they are extremely friendly and helpful and I have always felt safe living in Atlantic point.
Atlantic point is conveniently based a 5 mins walk away from LJMU city campus, with a bus stop outside, along with lots of shops including a Tesco express. Town is a 10 minute walk away with Lime Street station also 15 minutes away. The overall location of the accommodation is perfect.
I could not recommend this accommodation enough and am devastated to have to leave, but am happy to pass this lovely little room over to someone who is interested.
