Flatmate required😋

I’m looking for someone to move into my spare room around the start of November!

It’s a double room but on the smaller side, it is already furnished with a bed, wardrobe and a bedside table. You would be sharing the living, kitchen and bathroom area with myself.
It’s a great location, close to Liverpool One bus station and train stations close by also. There’s a great pub and a tesco at the end of the street and the view from the balcony is lovely.
I’m 26, from Manchester but i’ve lived here for 6 years now. I work a lot! So when i’m home i am usually just chilling, i love to cook and go for a pint and have a little smoke on my balcony. I’m looking for someone who’s clean and very chill. I love making new mates but i also understand the importance of having your own space.
