We're a group of 2 masters students and 2 full time workers living in the Kensington area looking for a 5th flatmate.
Rent is £483 a month including bills
Council tax per person is currently £150 (Band A)
We're friendly, relaxed guys who respect each other's space and the shared spaces. We try to keep things as tidy as possible! We also enjoy hanging out as a flat, going out for drinks with the occasional karaoke night in there too. The house is in a residential area a short walk or bus ride away from the Uni of Liverpool and LJMU campuses.
