Hi, Our names are Izzy and Chloe, we live in the terrace in the baltic area. It's a 3 bed and our third flatmate is moving out in late oct/early nov. We are 24 and 25, Chloe's a midwife and I do recruitment. We like a night out, coffee, both work/are out a lot but are sociable. We also like a night in.
We are tidy and want a friend as well as a flatmate.
Rent is £475 pcm, council tax usually about £70 and bills about £70. You'd share a bathroom with Chloe. We have a shared living room/kitchen area.
