🏡 Hi! I’m Lois, and I’m looking for a friendly female flatmate to take over my ex-boyfriend’s tenancy in my two-bedroom apartment in Parliament Square,
Block C. The room is available from 11th January, potentially earlier.

🤍 A little about me

I’m a full-time nurse who works both day and night shifts. I’m easygoing, tidy and sociable, and I love a balance of cosy nights in watching films, playing games or cooking, as well as the occasional night out for cocktails, pubs or bars!

In my spare time, I enjoy pilates, running, tennis, going the gym, having spa days, going out for food, attending music events, shopping, girlie days, travelling and spending time with family and friends.

I’d love to find a flatmate who could become a friend, too! Someone who’s up for the occasional coffee, sharing a meal, movie nights or spontaneous plans, while also enjoying their own space. It would be lovely to create a happy home where we can have a laugh and enjoy living together! 🫶🏼

✨ The flat

The flat is a fully furnished modern, well-maintained two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment on the fourth floor, with lots of natural daylight and gorgeous views. This flat is electric only with no gas, WiFi not included.

You’ll have your own bedroom and private en-suite bathroom with a bath shower. There is a bedroom either side of the flat with the open living space with the kitchen, dining and living space being in the middle of the two. Included in this space is a full-sized fridge freezer, washer-dryer, microwave, kettle, toaster and smart TV.

One of my favourite things about living here is having so many amazing facilities right on my doorstep, with the gyms, social events, cinema room and residents’ lounge all included at no extra cost! Living here feels like you are part of a community 🥰. The Legacie team have been amazing, and I’ve genuinely loved living here, hence me not wanting to move out. 🤍

📍 The location

Parliament Square is in Liverpool’s Baltic Triangle, right by the Baltic Market. It’s around a 15-minute walk to the city centre, a 10-minute bus journey to Lark Lane or Sefton Park, 10 minute walk to the Albert Docks and a 10-minute walk to the Georgian Quarter.

There are loads of lovely coffee shops, bars, restaurants, convenience shops, music venues, fitness and wellness studios nearby, alongside great public transport links. As a young woman, I’ve always felt safe in the area, and I love having so much to do right on my doorstep!

💌 Who I’m looking for

I’m looking for a female flatmate aged 20–30, with no pets, who is kind, considerate, tidy, friendly and respectful. As I work both day and night shifts, being mindful of noise and each other’s need for rest is important. I don’t mind if you smoke, as long as it’s outside and not inside the flat.

Ultimately, I’d love to find someone on the same wavelength who wants to build a friendship and make the flat feel like home, while respecting each other’s independence, too!
