Council tax: Currently estimated at £99.02 per person per month, based on a Band C property and the current sharing arrangement. The actual amount payable may depend on eligibility and the council's assessment.

Who I'm Looking For

I'd prefer a male flatmate who is tidy, considerate, easy to communicate with and respectful of shared spaces. Ideally, you'd maintain a regular routine, avoid hosting parties at home and take good care of the property.

Available from: 17 December 2026, with a move-in date around January 2027 also negotiable.

Preferred tenancy: Until September or December 2027, depending on the arrangement.
