Furnished Double Rooms in House

I have two furnished Double Bedrooms to rent at my home.
The property is a new-build 3 floor Town House style, Council Tax Band C. It is located a 5 min walk from Moreton town centre, with convenient access to Bus routes, local shops, restaurants and bars. It is also a 15 minute walk to Moreton Merseyrail station, with regular (peak times every 15 mins) direct access to Liverpool City Centre (approx 22 mins). There is also easy access to M53 motorway.

There is parking available on the drive, and access to a garden and patio area.

Each room is furnished with a Double Bed and mattress, with under-bed storage, an IKEA wardrobe, IKEA Kallax storage. The larger room also has a chest of drawers and small dressing table. Both rooms have a flat-screen TV mounted on the wall.

Shared integrated kitchen includes use of cutlery, plates and cooking utensils, together with an Air Fryer, Gas Hob, Electric Oven and Washing Machine. Use of Tumble dryer is subject to an additional charge.

The bathroom is shared by the occupants of the two rooms and contains a WC, washbasin, bath and electric shower. There is also a cloakroom with WC and washbasin downstairs. Use of the living room is also permitted. There is HighSpeed WiFi throughout the house.

Water, Gas, Council Tax and Internet are included, as is Electricity (excluding the use of the Tumble Dryer and Car Charging point - these can potentially be made available for an additional charge).

I am looking for a single, professional person for each room. They must be clean and tidy, respectful of the property as it is my home. I would expect that all the shared areas used, such as the Kitchen and Bathrooms etc., would also be kept clean, tidy and presentable.
