A bright and spacious double room is available in a quiet, well-kept three-bedroom home in Moreton (CH46) with excellent connection to Liverpool.

The room has a double bed, bedside drawers, wardrobe, and an armchair. Additional furniture can be arranged if required. The lodger will have access to a fully equipped kitchen, a 4-piece bathroom, a comfortable lounge, a light-filled conservatory and a secluded garden. 

In addition, the house is equipped with 900Mbps full fibre wi-fi; Netflix, AppleTV and Disney+ subscription services. Street parking is available next to the house. 

This is a calm, friendly, non-smoking household with landlords that work from home. Therefore preference will be given to professionals who are quiet, respectful and responsible. The lodger shall be expected to respect the privacy and maintain noise-free nature of the household.
