Options are:
1. a single person using the kingsize bed and en-suite bathroom and mezzanine for storage
2. a couple of people using the kingsize bed and en-suite bathroom and mezzanine for storage
3. two friends with using the kingsize bed and the other using the single bed on the mezzanine with limited storage and sharing the bathroom

The apartment is five minutes’ drive from Southport town centre, the hospital, local shops and parks. There is a GP surgery, pharmacy, vets, several primary schools and bus stops very close by. There is a very good petrol station, five minute’s walk away, which has an amazing butchers, delicatessen and bakery inside as well as a mini supermarket.

The apartment is a detached building at the rear of a family home and has recently been refurbished and provides excellent facilities for tenants. Whilst the property is compact, it makes great use of the 38sq metres of space and has a king size fold up Murphy bed; sofa; dining table and four chairs and TV.

The mezzanine has two single beds (one or both could be removed to increase storage space) with sloping roof.
There is a good sized shower room, kitchenette with movable induction hob, convection microwave and under counter fridge.

There is a private patio area outside with a small garden area at the rear door that is perfect for a relaxing drink or alfresco dining.

- The room would be available from Saturday 27th January 2024 until Saturday 11th May 2024 at the latest and can be taken for a month or longer
- There is no parking at the address so you would need to park in nearby streets.
- There is very limited storage space - the mezzanine could be used if you are single or a couple, otherwise you may need to organise additional storage space
- There is no washing machine or space for one so you would need to make use of the nearby laundrette
