We have two spare rooms available to choose from in a large 1st floor flat, one of which must remain vacant at all times due to the wishes of the landlord, the rooms are spacious and have enough room for a double bed and furniture, which are not included in the price but could possibly be discussed if this is something you really need perhaps for a temporary time frame. Current flat mates are friendly and tidy and we are pretty quiet and like a tranquil living environment. Access to kitchenware etc can be granted as long as things are washed and kept tidy, the kitchen/dining area is quite large and tidy. The bathroom is clean and has a good bath and shower. All bills are included, and broadband access will be within the price and is via sky and has a good speed for downloads etc. There is off road parking to the front of the property and a patio garden to the rear with plenty of space and washing lines etc. The property has recent double glazing throughout and is a 5 minute walk into town. Current house mates are a couple and another single occupancy.
