Room to rent

I’m looking for a roommate to share my cozy two-bedroom semi-detached house. The place has private parking and a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere. We’d share the kitchen, living room, and bathroom, which are all well kept and comfortable for everyday living. One of the best parts of the house is the huge back garden—perfect for enjoying some fresh air or relaxing on a sunny day. There’s also a spacious attic that can be used for extra storage. I’m hoping to find someone friendly and respectful who would enjoy sharing a calm and comfortable home.

I’m currently the only one living in the house, although my partner stays over occasionally. I’m usually out most of the time because of long working hours, the gym, and other activities, so the house is often quiet. In my free time I enjoy listening to music, going for walks, hiking, and going to the gym. I like to keep my home tidy and well looked after
