A newly created en-suite room in a street leading down to the river promenade and within a few minutes walk of 2 good pubs in the Magazines area.

The house has a large communal living room and kitchen and a small patio garden. Plenty of on street parking and some off street parking (a work in progress).

The room has a large double bed, chest of drawers, double wardrobe, easy chair and bedside cabinets. There is a TV aerial feed and USB charging sockets are fitted by the bed.

We are looking for non-smoking employed people who can produce the relevant proofs of employment and income. The house is run by a full time accredited landlord.
