I own a 2-bed property in Wallasey Village but live on my own, so I've decided to rent out the spare room. It's a double room, not an ensuite but next to the bathroom. The room is southwest-facing and has natural light at the rear of the house.
The house is in a great location on a very quiet street with parking and is close to everything you'd need: supermarkets, train station, pubs...
I am 28 and work as an IT professional. I'm from this area and I speak Spanish and German. I'm pretty laid back so would be good to find somebody similar to move in. I work from home so spend most of the day in the house, but am out a lot in the evenings, mostly in the gym, with friends or at my girlfriend's place.
