In this House, we have 4 males. All 4 are working professionals who are sociable but quiet and like to use the lounge after work to wind down from a long day!

The property is great for anyone who travels into Liverpool as the Kingsway tunnel is only a 10-minute drive away. A Tesco Express is a convenient 4-minute walk away from the property and there are plenty of local pubs and places to eat. If you need a break, then Wallasey Central Park is only a 15-minute walk away

PROCESS
Application process. Depending on tenants’ circumstances we might need 2 of the following: Employment reference, Landlord Reference, Character reference, and Bank statements.

MOVE-IN
Move-in dates will be arranged once your application has been successful.

Deposits are registered with DPS and refunded when you leave provided that the room is left in the same condition as found. The general terms are that the contract is for 6 months and then it enters a monthly rolling contract.
