The house is fully furnished and also has some shared kitchen equipment such plates, cutlery etc so all you need is literally yourself and your suitcase! There is a small yard to the rear and parking is on street.

WHO will you be living with?
In this House we have 3 females and 2 males all between the ages of 21 and 35. All are working professionals.

The property is just a 10 minute walk to Birkenhead central station which is then just a 10 minute train ride into Liverpool City Centre!
The Property is also close to Bus routes that can take you directly Liverpool City Centre.

RESERVATION PROCESS
To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room so we can start the application process for you.

MOVING IN
Moving in can usually be done in around a week if all the application process is complete and the room is vacant. Pro rata rent is payable depending on the date you move in. We collect all rents on the 1st of every month. Your deposit is registered with DPS and refunded when you leave providing your tenancy terms have been completed. Our contracts are for 6 months and then they enter into a monthly rolling one.
