Double room available

This is a double furnished room at the front of the house. This is the biggest room in the house.

You'll be living with Phoebe who is in the back room, and we are looking for someone to take over my room :)

Phoebe is a working professional on shift patterns (works for the NHS) so the house may be quiet if you like alone time. We want someone who is quiet and respectful who wants a nice house to chill and call their home.

This is not a house with loads of people living in it - it's chilled and quiet. There's enough space for someone's items and you worn be fighting for space or to use anything.

We'd like a working female if possible. Unless you are in university and then we are open to discuss :) it's more about the right fit for us all 🙏

The room is furnished. The wardrobe and matching items are only 3 months old.
There is road parking, a bus that is 10 mins to Liverpool City centre. It's near the motorway and there are good public transport links. There are loads of shops nearby, it's a 10 min walk to the sea front, and there is a park 5 mins away. It's a good location!

Please note this is a short term let till August 2026.
