The bedroom will be emptied and I can get a bed and wardrobe etc for you if necessary, the ‘dining room’ can also be cleared out for you to use as a living room and I have a couch I could put in there for you!
Near to shops, bars, beach, resteraunts , 5 mins walk from Waterloo train station, 20min on train to city centre from there. Can smoke in back garden.
