Flatmate Wanted – Peaceful Home in Waterloo/Crosby
I'm looking for a friendly, professional flatmate to share my lovely home.
The double room is fully furnished and comes with its own en-suite bathroom, offering plenty of privacy and comfort.
The flat is in a great location:
Just a short walk from Crosby Beach and the Marine Lake
Only 2 minutes from Waterloo train station, with excellent links into Liverpool
Close to local shops, cafés and other amenities
I'm looking for someone who is clean, tidy and respectful, and who enjoys a calm, relaxed home environment. I work shifts, so I'm often out, but when I'm home I enjoy a takeaway, a film night and a quiet evening in. It would be great to find someone with a similar lifestyle.
Rent is £550 per month, with bills split equally, bringing the total monthly cost to approximately £750.
