I have an old historic house with a view on the front at Waterloo near the beach. The room is at the front and has a view of the sea and Welsh mountains. The room would suit someone who values a place which is quiet and peaceful.
Located less than 10 minute walk from Waterloo station (where there is a frequent connection to Liverpool and Southport)
I am 31, I have moved recently from London after making my career there for the last 10 years, back to where I grew up. My background is in urban planning so I’m interested in all things architecture/cities etc
