Large double room with en-suite available on the top floor of a house (the only room on that floor, so offers privacy) located on a quiet street in West Kirby. The room is available for short or long-term lets.

The property is a well maintained three level house with a shared kitchen/diner/tv room. The house contains all the usual amenities.

The house is located within 5 minutes walk to West Kirby train station (30 minute train to Liverpool Lime Street) and various bus stops. There is free street parking. 3 minutes walk to beach front and local restaurants, bistros and retailers.

The rent is £700 per calendar month and this includes all bills. Rent is payable on the 1st of each month. The deposit is £395 and must be paid in advance.

We are looking for a professional or postgraduate student who is relaxed, clean/tidy and respectful.

We are a couple, Hilary and Hannes, who work a mix of in the office and from home. While we are friendly and sociable, we also respect the personal space of others.
