Hi there,

I am looking for someone kind, reliable, compassionate & organised to rent a room in my home on the Wirral.

- The home features an open plan living / dining room, with patio doors that look onto the gorgeous back garden.

- Your bedroom is furnished; king size bed, mattress, built in wardrobes, newly installed wooden blinds.

- 5 minutes from West Kirby Beach, West Kirby Town Centre (full of coffee shops / bars / restaurants)

- Walks & nature; Caldy Woods, Wirral Way, Hillbree Island, Royden Park, Thurstaston, Hoylake all close by.

- Easy public transport; regular buses and trains to Liverpool.

I work for myself from home and live a relatively chilled life. I’m open to you bringing pets but I’m allergic to cats unfortunately.

I’d prefer you don’t smoke in the house, but the garden is fine.

Not veggie / vegan. I drink occasionally. It’s really not a party house. I’m social but if you’re prone to a lot of late nights this might not be the place for you! The tempo here is slow, chilled. I’ll always give people space but equally I’m here if you fancy a natter.

I’m a very open minded person and easy to get along with.
