Conservatory. My current housemate and I are a bit (alot) into plants sorry 🙃

I have been doing Room Shares for the past 14 years. I have provided a home to many, over 3 different properties and all with differing backgrounds or stories. It has ALWAYS worked well, so well actually… my last housemate didn’t leave for 5 years until recently (I tried 🥲). And my current housemate in my other home down south (not advertised) decided to bring her wonderful child up there- He’s now 4! I must be doing something right.

There is a point to this waffle. I work away 72% of the week. They loved pretty much owning a house to themselves. And I loved having someone there watering my plants (so many died, I’m not ready to talk about it) and just putting a bit of love and care into the house. When I come home, I use the house like a pit stop and I’m out most of the time.

I really need someone who understands how to run a house and isn’t intimidated by normal house stuff. My moto is literally Solutions Not Problems.

It’s part of the reason I keep the rent extremely competitive and I’m very flexible with the deposit. I would rather someone helpful, reliable and consistent whilst I am away. I am not driven by profit at all.

🌳 Garden- with access to large field behind. Great place to have a coffee/BBQ on the garden chairs.
🏡 Shared living rooms/conservatory/Shower room/ kitchen (not gonna lie it is made for one. Luckily I eat out cos I’m pants at cooking and my daughter tells me 8 Weetabix ‘is not a meal’)
🛌 The Room- Kingsize bed with new bedding, TV on wall, furnished, WiFi.
🔨 Insurance for 24/7 Home Emergency Care.
📍 200m from Tranmere Rovers.

Some advice others may not tell you before moving- plan your commute to work/gym/partners/friends, see if it works. Plan your rent on top of things like buying food, eating out (this is a hobby of mine), paying gym/phone/cars or transport etc.
