Spare room available for females in a modern, cosy and clean home. I have a good size double bedroom, double built in wardrobes and a double bed. The room is neutral in colour and design which allows you to add accessories to make it your own.
You will have your own/unshared bathroom.
A driveway is available to park your car and the motorway is a 3 minute drive. Alternatively the local train station is a 7 minute walk and the bus stop 3 minutes away.

Washing machine and tumble dryer, hanging space, ironing facilities

There is a good size kitchen with all mod cons and the fridge and the freezer will be shared with you. Cupboard space also.

Shared lounge but quite often I’m not home so would be like it was your own. I hope you can feel like this is your home, as well as mine.
