Single bed in large room, in the beautiful village of Greasby.

Room available, was front living room and is furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, armchair, bookcase and TV unit. Ideal as on separate floor. Shared bathroom, lounge and kitchen. WIFI, Netflix, Prime included in rent.
I'm a 52yr old woman who works on a rota so away for 2 days and nights and off for 4.
18yr old daughter due to move away to university in September 2026.
Pet lover a must as I have 2 dogs and 4 cats, lovely and friendly but they have access to whole house bar your room.
Wanted: Fully employed or student female preferably, and being clean and tidy is a must.
We are quiet and keep ourselves to ourselves.
I will be vetting extensively due to difficulty with last lodger, references, ID, etc.
Our home is cozy, it is not modern, it's got a real family feel to it. 3 bedroomed semi in Greasby with large garden, close to all amenity's including tunnel bus to Liverpool.
