Room that’s available

Room available on a quiet street to be lodged in 3 bed house all bills included - working professionals preferred.
House is shared with one other (myself) and the room is currently under going decoration / storage to be added. New Emma mattress and bedding bundle will be included - along with a cleaner who will come in once a month to blitz shared areas (cleaning products such as surface sprays, bleach, washing up liquid will be provided)
Lovely garden out the back which is great in the summer & parking is available in the street. Lodger will have priority usage of the bathroom in the morning as I work from home so I rarely use it first thing.

The other room which is a small box room will NOT be lodged out as it’s used by myself for storage.
