The bedroom upstairs is a double with a fitted wardrobe and views over the woods. It has been freshly decorated with a brand new bed and brand new mattress.

I’m a friendly, easygoing housemate and open to a relaxed, social dynamic at home — equally comfortable sharing a chat in the kitchen or giving you your own space and privacy. The layout of the house supports both independence and connection.

I spend time between here and my partner’s place in Lancaster, so I’m not always in the house. I also spend occasional long weekends away, so the home often has a quiet, spacious feel.

I have a small friendly dog called Chio who is sometimes here and sometimes not as he stays with other family members also.

Outside of work, I enjoy nature, walking, camping, and time in my campervan. I also train, practise yoga, and value a grounded, healthy lifestyle. I like music and creative environments, but equally appreciate structure, clarity, and getting things done. I work for myself and tend to live a structured, organised life, and I’m looking for someone similar.

The house is an 1850s cottage with character, shared with just me. You’ll have access to a shared bathroom and shared spacious kitchen, and there is driveway parking available.

Location is convenient for motorway links and close to Clatterbridge Hospital and St Catherine’s Hospital, while still being quiet and green, directly opposite woodland.

This is a calm, tidy home and I’m looking for someone who values that environment.
