Spacious, accomodation with fabulous views

Our lovely lodger has moved on after12 years so we are looking for a 4th, non smoking, mature, professional lady to share a lovely warm, traditional Victorian house on the promenade in Wallasey. Parking is on the street & there is a free car park at the top of the road. There are lots of bars, cafes, sports activities, gyms, cinema & shops within walking distance & transport links into Liverpool, Birkenhead & the surrounding areas. The rooms are newly decorated with wonderful views if the river, gardens & city skyline. We are bee keepers & have hives in the gardens so if you are allergic to bees this might not be the place for you. The rent includes bills, fully furnished double bedroom, private bathroom & kitchenette. There is also use of a living room that nobody else ever uses. This is not your typical houseshare situation because although it's a big house we don't want to overload it with too many people. There is more than enough space for us all to live here together but also live independently from each other. We are friendly & relaxed, all quite quiet, & all working & studying too.
