Shared common areas including lounge, kitchen, bathroom, extension area and a second toilet downstairs. Mostly lounge/dining area is free so you can watch TV or eat there; basically chill out and make yourself at home.

We are easy going, quiet and we would like someone who works in the day and wants to come back to relax in a quiet environment. House is in a quite location, and we are a no smoking, considerate household.

House is well maintained, roomy, well insulated and warm. Two fridges and freezer in kitchen. Rear garden.
