The room is spacious with a brand new mattress, wardrobe and chests of drawers. The door is lockable with a key.

The house itself is very cosy and has a well maintained garden to chill on a warm, sunny day.

Living room comes with a big screen TV and a fireplace. The living room is not used by the landlord, so it will only be used by the 2 lodgers living in the house.

Kitchen is well-equipped.

Modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate bath.

Downstairs toilet available for emergencies.
