A spacious, fully furnished double room is available in a modern 2-bedroom house in the desirable Woolton/Halewood area (L25). The room features a king-size bed and comes with its own private en-suite bathroom. There’s also storage space available, and a wardrobe will be added soon. You’ll have full access to the shared kitchen, living area, and garden.
About me:
I’m 35, originally from London, and live alone in the property. I work from home most of the time and keep the house clean and relaxed.
Rent: £620 per calendar month (all bills included, including Plusnet WiFi). If it’s a couple it will be £720 per calendar month.
