Looking for a nice house mate to share my lovely home with, the house is decorated nicely and is very homely. There's front and back gardens in a quiet area not overlooked. The neighbours are lovely and so is my small dog. So the candidate must like dogs. I'm looking for someone who works full time not from home as I already do.
I'm easy going and have a busy life, I keep the house clean and tidy and the room is the largest bedroom with a TV, fitted wardrobes and three cupboards. Plenty of storage in the room. There's on street parking and there is a 2 minute walk to a bus stop. Generally I'd just like someone I can get along with and enjoy spending time with. Whilst also living very independently, however they wouldn't be able to bring partners back to the house or have friends around socialising. However they would have the use of the whole house apart from two bedrooms. The cost is all bills included.
The house comes under council tax band B.
